Inspection Upon Delivery
We offer inspection before payment.
Customers may inspect the order upon delivery before completing payment.
If the item is not suitable, it may be returned immediately with the courier.
In this case, the customer will be responsible for the shipping fees.
Shipping Fees
- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.
- If the customer refuses the order at delivery for personal reasons (not size preference, change of mind, etc.), shipping fees will apply.
- If the product is proven to be damaged or not matching the displayed specifications, the issue will be handled accordingly.
